“What Really Matters Is Family, Friends, Health And Happiness” – Roger Federer Enjoys Family Time

The lockdown has made players do exciting things and spend quality time with their family members. While Roger Federer was busy cooking and spending time in his hometown, American great, Serena Williams also played with her daughter and her cute pictures on social media are evidence of it. 

Swiss Legend, Roger Federer also has not got such a good time to spend with family in a decade or two now. Hence, the 20-times Grand Slam winner is making the most of this time.

Federer’s Kids Spend Time Playing With Other Children In Tennis Camp

Additionally, Roger Federer visited the Advanced Tennis Camp in Switzerland with his children. Further, various photos were also posted. In some of these, the kids could be seen practicing and training with other children in the camp.

Moreover, it is a rare moment of togetherness. The former world number one rarely brings his kids to any major tennis tournament. 

While tennis is still the topmost priority for the Swiss, who turns 39 today, the family is an integral part. 

Roger Federer, in an interview with Miami Living Magazine, said, “We tend to chase around after the kids. We are doing the best we can on our own. But I think this strange time has provided us a chance to reflect. To take stock of what really matters. And what really matters is family, friends, health, and happiness.”

Roger Federer married in 2009 to Mirka Federer. Additionally, Mirka too is a former WTA player. Further, twin girls were born to her in the same year. Moreover, the couple again gave birth to identical boys in the year 2015.
