Nitto ATP 2019 Final champion Stefanos Tsitsipas takes on King of clay, Rafael Nadal in the group’s last Round Robin match at the O2 Arena.

It will be a battle of nerves, as defending champion Stefanos Tsitsipas takes on the World no 2 Rafael Nadal in a ‘Go big, or go home’ match today. A win for either of them will guarantee a place in the semi-finals of the prestigious event.

Of a total of six matches played between them, the Spaniard enjoys a 5-1 lead against the current World no 6 Tsitsipas. Both of them have lost their respective matches against Dominic Thiem and won against the Russian Andrey Rublev in their group stage encounters. This will be a ‘Do or die’ match for both of them.

“I know it will require a lot of physical effort, and I’m going to have to go through a lot of pain and suffering, so it is going to be a difficult match”, said, Stefanos Tsitsipas during the pre-match conference.

With King of clay being the favourite to win this outing against the defending champion, due to their previous encounter results, it will be a hell of a lot of work for Stefanos Tistispas to overturn this result. The young lad lacks the experience too, which the latter possesses.
