Simona Halep says Knee Problem Is Gone, Talks about missing Tennis

World No.02 Simona Halep has brought good news for tennis fans regarding her recent right knee injury. Which is forced to pull out her from Qatar Open and BNP Paribas Open, Indian Wells. Eventually, WTA Tours suspended until July 12 due to Coronavirus pandemic. In between these recovering period, on Monday the Romanian surprisingly appeared on her twitter page and says I can run without feeling pain on my foot and I canโ€™t wait to play tennis again.

Two-times Grand Slam title winner Simona said, โ€œmy injury the foot looks good. I have started to run already and I don’t have pain at all. I don’t play tennis yet, but being able to do the training means a lot and gives me a big positive.”

Actually, I miss my team. I miss the players. I miss actually the tournaments. I miss everyone from the tour. I know it’s a bit.

“For everybody this period but if we stay home if we stay strong and positive actually very positive. It will help a lot. Everything is gonna be alright, so I can’t wait to travel again.
