“Life Is So Much Bigger Than Hitting Balls In A Box”- Serena Williams On Her Life

The world knows Serena Williams is one of the best tennis players all-time. But Williams is also a powerful influencer in and out of the tennis court. Her speeches and quotes to help grow thousands of young people’s confidence around the globe. However, Serena Williams said my life is so much bigger than hitting balls in the tennis court.

Every Saturday, Williams talks about several things in her Instagram live show “Serena Saturdays”. Last week Former World No.01 Serena Williams interviewed Bryan Stevenson, the Founder and Executive Director of the Equal Justice Initiative, a human rights organization in Montgomery, Alabama. 

Right now, Serena Williams gets ready to move towards the Flushing Meadows for the 2020 US Open. At the same time, Serena Opened up that there is so much more other than tennis. “Today it’s not about me and my career… more what I do off the court,” Serena said to Bryan Stevenson.

“I have gone through a lot in my career and my life. I have played not only against my opponent, but I have also played against crowds, I’ve played against fans. Obviously, I’ve been able to have a tremendous amount of more fans and it’s been a wonderful experience but I worked really hard to get to this experience”  Serena Williams added.

If she is able to win the 2020 US Open title it will be her unique Grand Slam singles title in her career. Consequently, She will equal the Margret Courts all-time Grand Slam win record.

“I Do Love And I Do Enjoy Is Hope”- Serena Williams

Serena is more vocal about important issues in society. She protested against black man George Floyd’s death in police custody. “One thing that I do love and I do enjoy is hope. No matter how much good we do there is always so much more to be done” 

“It’s not about me in my career just about when I for me more what I do off the court’s tennis was like this for me and life is so much bigger than hitting balls in a box”. Serena Williams concluded.

The US Open 2020 has confirmed to begin from August 24 to September 13. Although six times Champion Serena Williams already started her practice with US Open new courts on her house backyard.
