Novak Djokovic along with many others is looking forward to going for a new Players’ Association. However, Serbian wants rival Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal’s participation as well.

Djokovic resigned from his post in the ATP Players’ Council last week. And this has divided the tennis world. Additionally, Djokovic wants to make a new association.

Moreover, the Serbian also said, “We do not want any kind of boycott. Nor we are forming any parallel tours. We are right now just focusing on the top 500 players in the singles. Besides, we are also focused on the top 200 in the doubles rankings. And I just hope that we can get the majority of the players on our side.”

Djokovic thinks of this step as an integral one and believes that it could change things for the better in tennis. He said,” I think that this will prove helpful for both players and as a matter of fact for the sport as a whole.”
