Canadian tennis star Eugenie Bouchard is thrilled to return to the game in Prague. 2014 Wimbledon Runner-up currently outside the top 300 players in the world. Moreover, she is eager to return to the court to improve on her rankings.
While the sport is making a return in Lexington, United States, Eugenie Bouchard will begin her comeback from 10th August in Prague, Czech Republic.
Besides, she also announced her entry into the tournament through a wildcard. She stated, “ Hey, everyone. I am so excited because I am going to play in the Prague Open in a couple of weeks. I have never been to Prague and I have heard it’s a beautiful city.
Genie added I am so looking forward to discovering it when I am over there. I want to thank the tournament for offering me a wildcard for this great event. I will see you all in a few weeks.”
Halep To Also Play With Eugenie Bouchard In The WTA Prague Event
In addition to Bouchard, Simona Halep will also play in the tournament. Additionally, the former world number one Romanian will come hereafter visiting Palermo Open. Ladies Open will begin on 3rd August. Further, these two are the first to show their intention of playing in the Prague Open in the Czech Republic.
