Recently, the Spanish Tennis Federation doctor talked about Rafael Nadal, describing him as the living example of psychological improvement. The doctor said nothing but positivity about Rafa and his remarkable ability to win in any situation.

Moreover, he said, “Nadal is a marvel because he has qualities that are difficult to have in the same player as it is an aerobic resistance and, at the same time, a lot of power!”

Ángel Ruíz also explained the physiological qualities that are so high that he’s unbeatable. He is nothing but a mixture of explosiveness and power, which is intact in a single person. He also added that Rafa is always one step ahead of other people. Even in the case of maximum tension, he’s still standing tall while talking to EFE Salud.

Ángel Ruíz also thinks that Rafael’s win at Roland Garros against Novak Djokovic will be remembered in history as one of the best moments. He was prepared for the match physically, but for Rafa, it was mentally the most prepared match of all times.

“Currently, he is a player who has all those acquired routines; I think he is the mentally strongest of all the tennis players on the circuit and possibly in the history of tennis,” he points out.

In the doctor’s opinion, Rafa is born to be a competitive personality, and tennis is his passion and will always be.

“Rafa Nadal has a passion for this sport that makes him work, enjoy, improve himself constantly, and I think that is what he is born with. In training, he trains in extreme situations, which later serve him when solutions have to be sought.” The doctor continued praising Rafa like no other.

He also mentioned Rafael’s competitors a little, but his love and passion for Rafa can never be forgotten.
